ETT alongside “Stelle nello Sport”: sports, data, and innovation for the sustainable growth of territories

Published

ETT S.p.A., a creative digital industry that is part of Dedagroup, confirms its support for “Stelle nello Sport” as a partner for 2026. The decision to support a project that promotes educational, social, and cultural values, contributing to the development of communities and the growth of new generations, aligns with ETT's foundational values, recognising sports as a powerful tool for inclusion, education, and social responsibility.

ETT expresses these values daily through its commitment to technological innovation, sustainability, and the enhancement of territories, particularly coastal areas.

Active in the fields of data science, digital technologies, and decision support systems for land management, ETT has been working for years on issues related to the monitoring of the sea and coastline, ports, and the Blue Economy, areas where the ability to collect, manage, and share reliable data is a key factor for balanced and sustainable development. This approach is concretely applied in ETT's contribution to CS-MACH1 – Marine Citizen Science Data Horizon, a research project funded by the European Commission aimed at strengthening the marine data ecosystem through citizen science, promoting accessibility, interoperability, and reuse of information according to the FAIR principles (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable).

Within CS-MACH1, ETT contributes to the development of tools, methodologies, and digital solutions that facilitate the use of data from citizen science actions in governance tools for environmental policies and coastal economies.

Support for “Stelle nello Sport” and commitment to European projects like CS-MACH1 represent two complementary expressions of the same vision: investing in people, knowledge, and data as strategic levers to build more inclusive communities, more competitive territories, and a sustainable future for the Blue Economy.

Through these actions, ETT confirms its role as a technological and cultural partner for the development of territories, promoting a virtuous dialogue between sports, innovation, and sustainability.
